Seminar zone: Energy & Carbon
Seminar time: 10.00 – 10.45
Speakers: Nick Garthwaite (Christeyns) & Rob Shephard (Mixertech)
The aim of our presentation will be to demonstrate so many things a) recognition that as businesses it is important to challenge yourselves to always look to do things better, b) use the expertise of others and work with them to create best practice, c) get the input from everyone involved in your processes and listen to their ideas.
We for many years blended products (detergents, softeners, construction additives) by applying the three lessons above (and with a reasonable amount of investment it has to be said) we now have mixing plant that is producing better quality products, more consistent blends, significantly increased production capacities, reduced energy consumption through use of current “best practice” in gear units, electric motors, invertors and mixer blades and other ancillary equipment.
